How to read a quiz result without treating it as a verdict

A result name describes this sitting. It is not a label for your whole life. Start with the situation it points at.

The first thing you see is a name. Names are memorable, and they are easy to turn into “this is who I am.” A more useful reading is narrower: the name organizes the directions you chose more often on this item set. Another day, another mood, or another quiz can draw a different picture.

Read the axes before the nickname. Each axis asks about a concrete situation: where you recover, how you decide, how you start learning. A higher percent means that pole is clearer on these items. It does not mean better. Near the middle means no single direction stood out this time.

Then read the reminders. They are not a defect list. They are costs this tendency skips when you are busy. Keeping only the strengths turns the result into reassurance instead of exploration.

Leave with one next step. Write down one important agreement this week, or add one sentence that states the actual request. Rewriting your whole personality is not what this result can do, and it is not asking you to.
